This mod adds a Diplomacy/Alignement system in which you can choose who is your country's benefactors in a Cold War setting, amongst other improvements. Added Latin American nations. "Historical" based personality AI.
Description
This version is updated with the latest Ares version, more balanced starting units, infantry with transparent shadows, custom VPL lighting, and other small improvements. The main feature is still choosing your tech tree via the Embassy construction. Fight the unique Menem AI opponent.
