QualityDoom

Doom mod |

QualityDoom is a gameplay/graphical modifier that is very incomplete to try and modify the gameplay of Doom (ex, Lost Souls now 'possess' bodies) The mod started out as a personal mod as a Lost Soul possession mod, then until I got to the fire, and it turned into, well this.

FEATURES:

  • Alpha bobbing style, some are customized

  • Lost souls possess dead bodies, alternative way of taking its own life, depending on the body it takes - emits black fire effect

  • Nash's Gore mod - Thanks Nash!

  • Exploding Painelemental

  • Changed color of pickup

  • ZDOOM changes DOOM: Title to "QualityDoom"

  • Black pausecolor

  • Working fire that is polished and compatible with Ultimate Doom

  • Custom Fullscreen Heads up display (or HUD)

  • Custom messages!

  • Marines and Marine Beacons!

  • M16 and Fist Redux from Realm667!

  • Addons!

  • Meaner Cyberdemon

    WEAKER MARINES, SMALLER FILE SIZE, FIXES & TWEAKS(Nov. 17, 2013)

    Sorry for the double update everyone! (if you downloaded the one from yesterday) The file size is MUCH smaller, and there's some fixes and tweaks

    ==VERSION APLHA 1.9.1==

  • Fixes marines being overpowered.
  • Shrinks image sizes
  • Marines you spawn (from inventory will not hurt players.
  • Fixes new Cyberdemon not replacing old one.
  • Adds shotgun effect to SuperShotgun
  • Deletes leftover parts.
  • Improves FusRoDah addon
  • Marines are braindead when they are ressurected from archviles, but are enemies (they won't shoot, but rather eerily roam and be in pain)

    • Hopefully this will be the last version before it gets to beta!
