point release 1.4.2 installed a straight forward mod to make q4 gameplay tougher, more tactical and more realistic in single player mode and more like Q3 in multi player mode, works best as an unofficial patch to make q4 work, playable and good all downloadable and existing q4 maps are playable, after loading the mod just press "start new game" to play the whole of Q4's original singleplayer mode how it should of been released, you will need to add "last man standing" and "invisibility" to any dm maps mapdef file to be able to play them in either new gametype. militia is 99% code, no changes are needed to any map for all the changelog to be active in sp or mp gameplay. with 100% new sdk netcode resulting in lower cpu usage on server and client and a greater chance of being able to run a playable 32 slot server with server side vehicles/model specific lipsynced pain and voice taunts/weapon and vehicle flashlights ontop a endless list of fixes
