QOL Power Trip

A gameplay Mod along the lines of Led's Generic Weapons and the BrutalPack but better or at least a different approach to the "Power Trip" experience, with a few Weapon Pack Addon skins. Lots of sprite work. Lots of reworked animation. Lots of quakes-and-shakes. It "feels" powerful. You need to try it to appreciate it.

The past-max ammo numbers is a separate cheat outside of the Mod. However, I think the HUD amounts can be restricted to 2 and 3 digits so that'll be looked into for the next release.
