Project VEGA is a semi-total conversion mod for C&C Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge using Ares and Phobos engine extensions, set in an alternate timeline and world to the original Red alert universe
T4 Superweapon structure exclusive to the Hyperion and VEGA sects of the Allied Nations (EDEN and Meridian use the WCD)
The base structure does not provide any Superweapons on its own, so it requires an upgrade depending on which sub-faction owns the structure
-The Hyperion sect can upgrade the facility with a landing pad, to allow the re-arming of the Jupiter-class orbital MAC platform, granting access to said superweapon
-The VEGA sect can add an Ion Cannon Uplink, allowing use of the Odin-class satellite Particle Cannon
Both upgrades can be built at the same time, if an opportunity allows
