Project Valkyrie is a multiplayer first person shooter developed for the Source Engine. Players suit up in the Valkyrie suit, equipped with a powerful arm cannon integrated into the suit and the ability to morph into a sphere for faster mobility and different attack capabilities. Previously titled Three Month Mod, it was thus named for the amount of time it had taken us on the project. Three months from conception to release. Everything was done simultaneously, from pre-production concepts, to code, to mapping. Unfortunately, due to a delay with the public release of the Orange Box SDK (we couldn't release without it, even though we were already Orange Box!) our initial release had been delayed.

After about a week since the last update, I'm here to bring you the next update to Project Valkyrie.

After about a week since the last update, I'm here to bring you the next update to Project Valkyrie.
This update will upgrade the first Alpha RC2 (v1.0) release, as well as v1.1 up to v1.2.
Dedicated Server update also available!
Some of the fixes/changes in this update include:
* Updated player/weapon/ball textures
* 3mm_twinbridges updated with fixes/changes that were listed on the forum back in february
* 3mm_twinbridges now has CTF support, and CTF is part of the default mapcycle
* Added missing flag materials
* fixed map change client crash
* tweaked some more weapon variables
* fixed missing key binds from options menu
* revamped super charge powerup, it now maximizes all of your burst and frost energy, and doesn't drain it while you're using it!
* a few other misc fixes

I made an SteamIcon without the black edges for this mod, its in my Downloads section because I couldn't link it with the mod.
This really is a great mod. Needs more download'en love.
