Nice, little cliffside outpost.. Armed with big guns. And other stuff too.
Some of the things seen in the picture might be subject to change in future. In particular, slope tilesets seen here will probably get redone at some point.

I see train tracks, will there be trains on them?
Yes. There will be few different types of trains & train wagons. Some of them will be able to transport infantry, maybe even work like Battle Fortress in that infantry can fire out.
These two remind me of Fortress Cannon and Artillery Emplacement. Are they going the replace them? I personally think replacing them is a bad idea, since they look different.
They are Fortress Cannon and Artillery Emplacement, actually. Their functionality hasn't changed at all, only the looks. I don't think the difference is significant enough to cause any sort of problems. One is still obviously a cannon turret whilst other is an artillery piece.
