wow, will this (snowing effect) appears in skirmish?
Currently on just one skirmish/multiplayer map, possibly on more in the future.
will this effect slows down my game speed?
That's probably the sole reason I've been rather conservative with the use of weather effects on skirmish/multiplayer maps, as it might indeed impact performance. Would require more testing on different types of machines/systems to see how much it does that, if at all. Needless to say that if any visual effects used in the mod prove to have absolutely detrimental effects on game's performance, they will be adjusted or removed entirely.
