Comrade, the director of NKVD, Nadia Zelenkov, has invited you to join Stalin's inner circle, a huge honour for someone of your rank and background. However she has a special task for you to complete before you can join. There is a certain general in our ranks who has been failing to make ground against the Allied and Resistance forces in Latvia. Director Nadia no longer has a need for his incompetence. She wants you to take a truck full of poison and dump it in the stream that runs down to his outpost. His forces will attack any unauthorized units in the area so you will need to muster enough troops to deal with them.

Download the zip file, extract and place all 3 files into the your custom maps Red Alert file. (Documents -> CnCRemastered -> Local_Custom_Maps -> Red Alert) Boot up the game, go to Missions -> Custom Missions and the mission name should be there.
