When will we be able to play this on Voobly? It's such a great mod

Unfortunately, currently, the mod is not compatible with Voobly, since it needs to be ported to it first. I hope I'll be able to find time to and port it to Voobly.

GOOD MOD BUT I CAN NOT PLAY IT TO A COMPLETE SCREEN

First of all, thanks for enjoying the mod :)
To make it run in fullscreen, just go to the AoKTC installation where you installed PCM II. There, you'll find a "bpcm" folder: open that folder and delete the "wndmode.dll" file which is there. After that, you'll be able to play completely in Full Screen.
To avoid that from happening in eventual future updates, uncheck the "Windowed mode .dll" option in the "Components" screen in the installer while installing PCM II.
If the mod still doesn't use the maximum resolution supported by your screen, set the Resolution setting in the options to the maximum available resolution.
