Remember QPong for Quake2? This is a start at recreating it. It's simple: A long map, 2 goals and an eight foot ball. Shoot the ball into the enemy's goal. Some weapons work better than others. Be careful though, getting too close to the ball can seriously damage your health! Currently the game registers goals and keeps score, and is one of the few HL2 mods to have a Linux server.

Ok, people have been showing interest in PongSource again, so I've dug out all the old files and have set up the server again (based in the UK) on 193.22.168.65. Its easy to find though - its the ONLY pongsource server in the master browser list! Some of the mappers want to continue working on

Ok, people have been showing interest in PongSource again, so I've dug out all the old files and have set up the server again (based in the UK) on 193.22.168.65.

Its easy to find though - its the ONLY pongsource server in the master browser list!

Some of the mappers want to continue working on the game, and one of the original programmers might do a few bits and pieces here and there.

If you want to come and have a game, then the server is up NOW.
The official forums have a discussion on when people can play, so if you want to get yourself into an arranged game, go and have a look:
