The story takes place on planet Earth. Aliens are invading (pretty standard stuff, haha), and the humans must defend their home planet or be extinct. This mod will bring two new factions for Supreme Commander Forged Alliance (overwriting UEF and CYBRAN for AI support). The game will be rebalanced completely, and new models, sounds, weapons and maps will complete the atmosphere.
I put two Sorian AI's up against eachother, and this is the outcome. Infantry, light tanks and artillery battle against each other over an everlasting fight. The yellow AI decided to do a command tank rush. You can also see the random airdrops that the AI sometimes do, 4-5 dropships came with equipment but was shot down sadly...

And whats role of infantry? Are they just cheap unit or they have its place on battlefield -like antitank guns are weak against them etc
Hehe, Im glad you asked. BattleSector: Earth has firing randomness on most weapons. This means they are not 100% accurate, an infantry squad has a small hitbox, which makes them hard to hit. They also wont show on radar and homing weapons wont be able to lock on to them. A big tank on the other hand will have a big hitbox which in turn makes it much easier to hit. This works pretty good ingame so far
So this make infantry vulnerable to artillery with a large AoE radius and very accurate stardard weapon systems, just like in real life.

i always dreamed of a supcom modern warfare mod with infantry use. and ouy are creating one ^^. your total mayhem mod is one of the best mod available right now for supcom and you are his creator. so i ll trust you on that one ^^
