Pinochestein 3D edicion GL (GL edition) is a total conversion of the original pinochestein 3D that tries to take the best advantage of the new features of ZDoom based ports through UDMF format mapping and lighting implemented by hardware acceleration through OpenGL (hence the name). This version not only improves lighting decorations, also fixes all of the maps to give a more Doom-ish style and a more futuristic touch according to the previous history of the game.

As mentioned, we are officially in ModDB to publish information about our TC And the upcoming sequel.

It has been published for free download the GZDoom and Zandronum versions, and also the english translation patch for non-spanish users.

Main changes from the previous version:

  • Easier "Configure controls" section.
  • Secondary Attack for melee combat (kick) and the M16 (burst fire).
  • Several corrections on many levels with visual errors.
  • Level 04 elevators fixed for multiplayer.
  • Player starts corrected at level 21 where it was very difficult to start.
  • Rebel ghost corrected at level 30.
  • Falling liquid textures corrected.
