Perfect Dark ... This game had an incredible success, but you already know that. This game would deserve one minute of silence, in order to let us remember all the good moments spent in its company. We're trying to recreate all what we loved with using all the power we need provided by the Source Engine. However, this is a rough estimate and with recent SDK and several related software updates, many if not all of our old animations have stopped working creating more work to be had before our tentative beta release.

MODELING
Unfortunately, Tonedef has had to step down due to personal issues for an unspecified length of time. We appreciate everything you have done for us! The Falcon 2, modelled by Tonedef and textured by Iggy, was briefly displayed of picture of the week, for those of you who didn't catch it:

We wish the number of our active modellers were higher. Moreover, since the latest updates of the SDK and several related softwares have affected the animation of models and this might also cost us more time...

CODING
Draco, who was taking a little vacation from the mod, came back to fiddle with some lines of code. Among what has been set: the game modes system is being redone, and a new, secret game mode will be added. We shall reveal it to you at the release of the first beta.

Not everyone in our team agreed with the release of the following video. In fact, you will see several bugs and improper stuff, we are sorry for this. The delay of this news was due to technical reasons. About the models animation, we are facing a significant problem of model compilation thhat is killing our progression in tis aera. Sorry again for this, and we would like to inform you that only the HUD (health + armour + ammo + weapon function + radar
(on which you see a king of the hill zone)) is working! Several fundamental things are still to be modified, especially about a french localisation bug displaying ''rouge équipe'' and that we will have to fix later. But in any case, do not panic! We are fully aware of the problem.

These are no N64 rips, and the continued professionalism of the sounds continually surprises us.
