An add-on which will change the phase in and out effect of the wraith, making it more stealthy and dangerous.
Note the teleport decals, particles and effects have not been changed,
there is a distinct difference between teleporting and 'phasing'.

Changes:
New particle effect for the wraith,
Different sound effect used for phasing,
Footsteps are softer,
Altered AI - simple hack but quite effective which entails: 1) increased melee range 2) decreased time spent idle while phasing 3) wraith has a chance to phase if shot (but not if closer than 100 units) 4) more difficult to kill as visible and invisible durations are longer (less chances for you to hide somewhere and shoot from safety)
Generally, this means it looks like a cloud of soot or ash appears and wafts to the floor when the wraith phases in or out. It will do this if it is too far away from you, can't reach you, occasionally if it has been shot.It also phases in quicker than originally and right in front of you.
