MYSTERY DAYS EVENT - DAY 02
Today marks the second day of the Mystery Days event. Over the next two weeks we will be releasing a brand new image every day. We won't be saying too many words about the image it self - just letting you feast your eyes on it and take guesses as to what is to be coming on AUGUST 11TH 2010.
The first sets of these images are composed from a larger illustration that on DAY 13 you will be able to see in all of it's glory.
We look forward to being able to share these new announcements with you and we look forward to hearing your feedback.
These are nice, but I don't think we need an announcement for an image everyday :|
Why is it that this mod is the most picked on? Whenever people comment on these news posts, a majority of these comments are negative ones. When this mystery is finally revealed, I bet there will still be negative comments, no matter how awesome it may be. I don't get it. Do people really hate Orion or something?
I love Orion, and think it is a fantastic mod that will grow into something great at final release. I am just stating the fact out that there doesn't need to be a news post for one small concept image everyday. We don't need to start a major rant here.
I'm not starting a major rant. Your comment was just slightly negative and I felt like I had to bring it up because of it.
I understand that. People may be negative about anything they want. I haven't noticed that much negativity on this mod, but I am just stating a thought. My thought isn't very negative at all actually, I am just saying that it's a waste of news posts. I am done talking, end of discussion.....
Well to be fair we post it and it's up to the ModDb editors whether they want it on the main page or if they just archive it and let it remain on our page.
So that's completely up to them, however all of theses posts ARE intended to be at least archived and on our site as it is part of the event and fans that do want to follow can find it all in one nice spot.
ModDB will probably post a few here and there of the ones they find neat. They did skip Day 01 afterall.
Let's focus on the fun though, guys! I don't think he was too out of line
True... true. Well, I can't wait too see what this "mystery" comes out to be :). Im guessing coop :D

my first thought was that one of your team is heading off to Dallas for QuakeCon 2010 and taking a new version of the projects and afew announcments with them to the BYOC computer room....but Qcon starts on the 12th August so can't be that....
