Ok, let me explain the elements of the new logo.
The colors represent the 3 factions, red is the germans, green the russians and blue the americans. The germans are the center of the war, so I put them in the middle. About the overall design, there is not much to say, basiclly I was looking for something modern and sharp and this is what came out.
