This mod completely removes the Orbital Bombardment operation from the game. In it's place I added the "Underground Infrastructure" building, unlocked by the "Subterranean Construction" technology. This building gives you a bit more habitation space and additional protection against operations that attack cities. Installation instructions: Download and extract the contents of the DATA.RAR file to: "Users\<your_username>\AppData\Roaming\Proxy Studios\Pandora"

This mod includes files from the expansion: Eclipse of Nashira. I haven't tested this mod without the expansion.
