credits to the original mod creator Madmonk777. for those who wanted a sandbox experience for the game (maybe try the new units or the new TAs) the mod needs console to work 1- create a shortcut to your desktop 2- right click on it and go to properties 3- add a -console at the end in target 4- make sure it looks like this 5- Program Files\Sierra Entertainment\World in Conflict\wic.exe" -console 6- go into wic using the shortcut 7- ~~, box should come up at the top
