I'd like to sincerely thank everyone in the community for their support over the years; without you, I wouldn't have had the motivation to continue working on this project for 5 years of my life. I'd also like to thank someone else; if you're reading this you know who you are: thank you.

Does this fix the compatibility problems with W7? I can't get it to run for the life of me.
Do you mean the speed issues? It's related more to the speed of your processor than Windows itself - but yes, using one of the custom launchers provided will fix that.
the issue is with the .exe file not being compatible with newer drivers/cards/dos box...
you need to get the unofficial exe patch mod in order to get deus ex to run at all on windows 7.

The game is compatible with new graphics drivers; OpenGL and Direct3D will work just fine. You just won't be able to see the New Vision textures. The game was made for Windows 9x so DosBox wouldn't work.
The custom launcher you link to that fixes the speed issues is included with the mod.

the new textures are nice... done suppose anyone is working on upgrading the meshes/models any further for the game though?!

I've been living in a cave (ummm.. work) so i'm really sorry for asking, but can I use my old save with new vision? i was playing my last playthrough without any mod at all, anyway pardon my english :)
Yes. If you've saved on one of the maps we've modified, you won't see some updated textures - but it will all work ok.

great, but i have some question..you says , yes it can run , but eventually u wont b able to see the new textur...so in that case what i have form this mod? and all texture of the whole game are new? thanks and good work

Thanks for the mod to who ever made this mod why do not you start remaking the character models becuase HDTP is far very far away from completing it been like 7 years
