Multiplayer balance mod. Balance characters so they can fight on equal conditions. Each special strike is limited in use. For example you can now activate rasengan for three times. So you have to use it wisely. Chakura is now getting by successful hits not from any hits. You have to hit your opponent to gain chakura. No high speed kunaies and cheating combos. Each character have additional strikes and special strikes.
