No but you just put it at you're mod folder
I have steam so it would be steam/steamapps/commen/men of war/mods
if the mods folder is not there just creat the folder and call it mods
not sure what it is if you have a retail version of the game

not to be a jack *** but most people who download these mods dont care if their stolen ideas or what not they just want the mod if you want the mod taken down then do what you need for that other than that people are still gonna download it anyway
