Full concept modification of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky that touches many atmosphere aspects including textures, sound effects, music, weather, lighting and more.
Very good job, the only qualm I have is that it doesn't encompass the content that that MISERY provides.
But, for what the mod does offer, it most certainly delivers.
