Movies, Loading screens fix (Full Screen 1024x768) file

WARNING!

1. Works on 768p vertical resolutions (4:3 original or Wide Screen patched). Videos correct 4:3 aspect ratio (left-right black borders). Should work on any 768p vertical resolutions.

2. If not working, may require FULL or MEGA K-Lite video codecs pack: (Full of Mega Codecguide.com)

Videos resized from 640x480 to 1024x768.
Videos in 768p with correct 4:3 aspect ration (have left-right black borders).
Videos no more very small (windowed and centered 640x480) with very large black borders.
