Yes? You have to go in to "Options" -> then "Mods" and activate it.

Any problems you are getting with the editor, I can't see how the mod is causing them.
Do you mean the enemy does not shoot back if you dont shoot the enemy?
If so that is related to the extra ranges and the AI and is out of my hands.
