Adds new victory points for the Philippines and new events including the EDSA 2 Revolution, former President Joseph Estrada's resignation and the death of Miriam Defensor Santiago.

I still haven't gotten around on making the focus tree, however I still plan on making it soon!
I might also add the Battle of Marawi (Marawi Crisis) event into the game but that would take time as well.
