The mod maybe is dead, but you can the features very well. Is ideal for cosmetic mod. I'm use for me to change the textures of CS and is very big deal. The mod also supor3and normal map.

I've tested the mod with The Specialist , Firearms , DMC , doesnt work with DOD , Sven Coop 3.0 , Brutal HL works aswell!

So I've tried to make this mod work on cstrike v43 (Build 4554 NoSteam) and got nothing. The process 'Chiken Fortress III' was in taskmanager for a short while and killed itself without any message or crash report.
What am I doing wrong? I've just unpacked the mod to the game folder (cs1.6) and launched the provided cstrike.exe. Anyone had that problem on v43 4554 build?

It doesn't work on latest versions, 4554 or 6153 because of revemu I think, try on older versions, I got it work on 3248.
