Based on one of the early psychic dominator concept. I love it. I do wonder what's the difference when compared to Allied and Soviet counterpart. Hope its not simply another long range base defense like the omega cannon.

No, those buildings are unrelated. Sky Pillar was scrapped.

Well it looks point on target(Hitscan like) and thus even against fast units it will be able to do damage...Grand cannon is still at a disadvantage...specially if close to base....but wonderful structure concept...totally looks Yuri like x3...
I don't know how to word this correctly so here goes:

Unit B is right between (in the line of fire of )
target A and the Antares Battery
Will Unit B be damaged if it was a enemy unit? ally? friendly?
