i found a funny things during last release:
I using Latin Confederation, I use Morales 'snipe' an Allied IFV (Stryker / Archon / Tsurugi) then capture it using infantry.
I put Conscript - Machine Gun IFV
I put Flak Trooper - Flak Cannon IFV
I put Tesla Trooper - Tesla IFV
I put Desolator - Rad Cannon IFV
I put Morales - Mercury Cannon IFV??!!
wait what? Mercury IFV???
I haven't test when I use Epsilon Army to mind control Allied IFV yet, but I think when I put Epsilon Heros (Libra / Malver / Rahn) inside, they'll use Mercury Cannon to blast enemy.
Prolly all hero units that can enter an IFV will trigger Mercury mode. IFVs only have a limited amount of slots for different weapons (unless Ares changed this).
haha.. cause Soviet obtain Mercury Cannon is quite shock to me..
I though it will become AP Sniper Cannon IFV when Morales go into IFV
Exactly what Dutchygamer said, there's a limited amount of possible IFV combos, and there can't be more hero-specific IFV combos without sacrificing combos for other infantry, sadly. All the heroes use "IFV+hero" combo, and since originally only US can ever put their hero into an IFV, "IFV+hero" combo is a portable Mercury cannon.
If Morales would turn IFV into a Sniper IFV, it would be too weak, same for Volkov turning it into a Tesla IFV.
Is the background a screenshot from some Act 2 mission?
I don't think so because there's both an Abrams tank and a Robot Ops Control Center. But it could be a misson in Hawaii... :P

I love reading the fraction stats one thing I was looking at was the cyoo copter can it walk because ur says 26 for flying highlighted and it looks like it can walk
It's a flying unit.. it doesn't walk.
So basicly you have added a Tier 1.5 and 2.5, with 1.5 being the specialized support power structure(s) and 2.5 the Warpshop. I wonder if similar changes will be done for Sovs and Epsilon.
Warpshop is 3.5, it comes after tech lab.
Soviets and Epsilon have different changes.

Are they getting faction-specific radars as well as Battle Labs, or just radars? If both, would Soviets and Epsilon also be getting faction-specific radars?
There's only one radar, and that's the airfield.
Those buildings have a completely different function.

the soviet nuclear reactor was a tier 3 in BR1, in BR2, it's a tier 2 building.
Some new abilities are nice and interesting.
Why don't add the "area repair" for all the war factories? I've seen it's possible with new Ares patch.
I think that all subfactions should have different superweapons!
Ex:Russia will have a mega tesla coil witch will electrify everything
And for 2nd SW,Russia will have the iron curtian
And china will have for his 1st SW the nuclear missile
and for 2nd SW they will have some kind of propaganda tower witch will make every unit stronger
