The Allied Cryocopter is a Tier 3 support aircraft which is designed to freeze enemy objects over time, thus dropping their strength to very low amounts and immobilizing and/or shutting down enemy objects.
The size of the "frozen animation effect" varies depending on the size of the target. There are several variations of this animation, a different one will be applied to infantry, a 1x1 cell unit or building, 2x2 buildings or 3x3+ buildings.
