Looking much better, but you still need a lot of improving. My Abrams haves 9.7k tris, check it out and see how I modeled some parts. Try using blueprints and the models will be 10x better, doing like you do now you wont achieve anything. You are waisting polys where they are not needed at all. Like the turret hatches, camera, wheels and there's a lot of incorections.
