Play as one of the USMC/Japan soldiers on the conquest of taking over the pacific islands after the attack on pearl harbor, using the environment as you move forward into the jungle areas, hilltops, trenches, while avoiding japan ambushes. I think I am finely done with the texture for now (I want to model a another gun)
Same as before around 8,000 tris (around 7,000 without bullets)
2048x2048 texture size.
I would like any comments on if you think it's looks good or bad (texturing is not my strong point but I am trying to get better)

If you need help at modelling at all or any constructive criticism I suggest asking the gmod forums (now not so much just for garrys mod, has stuff for source mods, mapping, models), facepunch. I'm sure they'd be able to give feedback on the mod so far as well if you make a new thread in the valve games/mods section:

I think the real wood on the type 99 is darker, and the wood line isn't as obvious as this is.
