Mayday is a mod, set into the far future, where war has taken its toll on earth again. Anger, and hate of other nations has come upon each country's government, and they have started to attack each other. It is now each country to its own. Some alliances have stuck together, but few have remained. Traitoring is repant in the world, and hardly anyone can be trusted. Then, one day, an alien race came upon earth and attacked. The world was in turmoil, and most people where forced to join the army tp survive. This is where Mayday starts off. Since plans have changed since Mayday first started, the story has yet been developed to a level that we will stick with. But we do have a short features list that you may be interested in: Features A totally new set of Weapons, fight with bullet loaded earth firearms, or grab a laser shooting weapon from a dead alien. Hi Everyone! Mayday is a new Mod for Unreal Tournament, set in the future of a war-torn galaxy. Here's what it is about;

Mayday is a futuristic war sim set in the year 2438. After many troubles and problems, war has broken out on earth again. Several years into the war however, earth was placed under threat as an alien civilisation started to attack earth. The many nations on earth joined up to be rid of the alien menace and the war still continues. In Mayday, you will help fight the war by either protecting your homeland earth, as one of the many soldiers fighting or try and take over earth as the alien menace. Mayday will feature new classes, weapons and game types for Unreal Tournament.

More about what Mayday will have can be found in thw about section of the website here. As this has just started, we are looking for people to work on the mod in mostly all areas. No experience is needed. Currently, a sound tech and coder (able to code UScript) are top on the priorty list of positions. Most of the website is currently up with a little bit to do, but it will be done in the next two or three days. Later!
