This mod adds a different feel to Max Payne 2 with changes such as bullet time music, tweaked bullet time, edited gun damage, new gun sounds, ability to shoot through items, tweaked ragdoll, new blood pattern and most characters in the game have been changed or tweaked in some way. The music has been changed and based on a metal theme. Music from such bands are Fear Factory, Mudvyane, Disturbed, Devildriver, Drowning Pool, Dope and Sevendust.

Well its been a while since I've posted on here or worked on the mod as I lost a bit of interest in it plus with the mod not being liked (though for fair reasons maybe if I'd done this sooner it would of been liked a little more but meh) Today I'm most likely to upload the final and last version of the mod!

So theres going to be a few videos uploaded (just to make this page a tiny bit more exciting or least try to haha). I will be uploading the Intro movie (unless I have done so already) and the Whats new video (which is for an in game video showing you whats new, you most likely have seen it in the main menu).

I am waiting for the "whats new" video to be converted and sent back to me (as my RADtools have stopped working no idea why) but theres been a bit of a work around to get it all working for some reason the MP4 files did not work on my friends PC when I had done videos from MP4 to bik so I've had to try a few things (about 2) which both may of worked but the best/easiest way to get it working was render it through vegas with my settings (like I always did) then whack it through Windows Live Movie maker and save it at 1080p settings then upload it, then send it to my friend who then converts it then uploads it back then I download it and test it and yep. So without that happening the mod would of died or would of had to get someone else to help me out on it.

So this will be the final release I'm fairly sure as It's more or less finished and I've got a bit over working on it plus if it was a bit more enjoyable I'd put some more effort into adding in more stuff but its out of my power and I wanted this to be a solo project (though I got help from a user and used parts of a gloabalconfig for bulletime *and credited by the way*). Still dont know why I couldnt get it working but in the end i did get BT working so I was happy :)

So yeah keep your eyes open for the new videos and mod upload. Thanks to all the people who are watching, playing it and even played it and gave some feedback I was expecting to have a blank page full of my mod with no one commenting on anything haha xD

I may work on another mod though to be honest it would be just like this one plus even more pointless (as its meant to be just stupid looking and retarded and such) so not sure if I will bother with it.

I start studying soon too at AIE which is a college that can teach you how to program, model and other various things so that should be good who knows I might even be able to make a decent mod for Max Payne 2 or even 3 when that comes out (if its moddable like MP2 is im sure it would be). Also cant wait for Max payne 3 looks terrific and been watching most of it very close, even got a pre-order of the special edition so really cant wait till that comes.

Anyways cheers for checking the mod, sorry its nothing too exciting I was just wanting to see what I could make myself and hopefully will help with the interview for the AIE college :)
