i've already submit an access request to download your mod but looks like you didn't accept me yet ='(
You can upload the mod here at moddb. Do it the same way like you uploaded your tiny file (0.39KB), but this time select "upload from an URL" or something like that. But you need to use the tag "files" instead of the tag "mods" in order to get the option to upload your file from an URL.
Then you should be able to enter that google drive address and moddb should upload your mod here, taking it from your google drive!
