Maps and loading screens Full Screen (1920x1080) file

This mod is a simple resolution fix for loading screens and the red line maps throughout the game. The black bars from the .bik files have been cropped to fit the 16:9 aspect ratio and then the files have been rescaled to a 1920x1080 resolution. The quality of the footage itself is no better than that of the original game.

I honestly didn't believe the fix would be so easy when I attempted it. I was sure it wouldn't work since nobody had done it before. I have only tested this mod with the steam-version but it should work with any version as far as I know.
