Nice!How about a street gang faction?A faction of gang members together(Grove Street,Ballas,Los Vagos,...)
I could do some street gang styled bases,got already a idea for one in LS.
That's a pretty cool idea! That would be aweosome! And if You Include this feature I want to see Sweet and Cesar and the other grove street still allive members!
I was planning on creating a missionpack to see what happened to Sweet after he left you.
Jopper if you reading this can you add gang wars in LS,alive Woozie,and add 2 missions for survivors in island near SF.This will be good mission with doctor and mission when for example you have to save guys who didn't return from SF 2 days earlier
Did the epidemic start in Area 69, because most of Las Venturas and Bone County are overrun with infected personnel.
Either that or Zombotech(the irony) in SF
I think a better name for Zombotech would be "The Staunton Project". (Play on words of The Manhattan Project)

Well as LV doesn´t feature any faction i know one location that would be a perfect civilian base.
Las Venturas was actually overrun by infected a few days/weeks after the outbreak. That's why all camps need to be cleared from zombies before they can get repopulated again. I'd highly doubt civilians would have survived instead of the army.
I would like to suggest some base locations: Jefferson motel (instead of the bandit alley), El Castillo Del Diablo, and some other spot which name i forgot but it has some (broken down) adobe houses.
