Last Man Standing Plus

This gametype extends Last Man Standing. When a player or bot is killed, if the killer's health is under 100, it is restored to 100; otherwise, the killer's armour is restored to 100. Additionally, the killer gains an extra life if the victim had more lives then the killer.
