Last Alliance: TW is overhaul mod to Shogun 2. This mod base on stories from Tolkien's books, concretely on wars Dúnedain and Elves against Sauron at the end of the Second Age. This still WIP, but is avaiable alpha with playable Akallabêth campaign ^^

I made new roadmap, because before some people was confused while reading previous roadmap (in the form of a map). I hope that now all is clean ^^
Roadmap will be updated in future (especially around the release of patches)

Sara, what if all siege battles needed siege weapons to break the gates?
This could remove the troop-climbing feature.
And there could be walls with Middle-Earth architecture.
Annoying for players to have in every army siege machines.
Very annoying for me to find way to push Ai to have in every army siege machines.
And would make siege battles boring af
hello a query that happened the Kingdom of Umbar faction they deleted it.
Nothing, they wasn't deleted
hello but when I want to play with them they don't come out that's why I thought they were deleted Kingdom of Umbar faction
Umbar is in mod as Numenorean Colony in Umbar
but it is not playable in the new update
They are playable in campaign, in custom battle no sense to make them playable because all their units are available for Kingdom/Empire of Numenor
