Hey guys, (first of all i want to say thanks for all the support from you, the comments, the ideas, the feedback, big thanks)

*So i finished most of the stuff for the early release and i got some free time so i want to share with you what you will get in the early release and in the final release, lets go step by step:

-lets start with the upcoming early release:

*The release time will be this weekend or next weekend, depend on how much free time i will have,(so max in 6\10\18 or even before)

*The features include all the Native Expansion 0.623(as it been a base mod) plus the onces as follow: Hordes troop trees, Items changes+adjustment(not 100% final)+new items, new names for the lords+towns, , Khergit look for all of the towns+castles(in the world map and in the city\castle itself, i will work on the villages later), new menus texture, new music+ few new sounds and new lore of the Hordes.

Thats it for the early release.

-The final release features are: polishing all the early release, adding the refugees camps(thats the big part for me, in my head the whole idea was the Khergit fighting themself and the hostile refugees for supremacy), changing the outlaw parties to outlaws from the previous factions and adding a patch that will replace the Dark Horde to a mix of all the previous factions into one to unite and give one last fight to drive the Hordes back, re-conquer Calradia from them and restore the old ways.

****Also i want to spoiler my NEXT 2 UPCOMING PROJECTS:

1) The first is very close to finish, my first published project was the Shogun Supremacy, merging both Mount & Blade and Shogun 2 aspects, so its kinda the same only the merging again the 0.623 Expansion with Medieval 2 Total War aspects, its on the native map so except then the map its very good so far.(the factions are:Poland, Russia, Spain, Denmark, England, Turks and the Mongol invasion instad of the dark knight invasion).

2) The second one is still just an idea, i got all the resources i need for it, its in the crusaders land(not the native map) in more ancient era with the Philistines, Egypt, Kingdom of Judah and more!, sounds really fun i hope i will have time to make it fast.

***Plesae note that the early release will be the first show case of the mod, the final release will have it re-shaped and much more better, so many things going to be polish and improved, the early release been only the base for the mod im planing to improve for the final release(if you dont want to play in unfinished mod DONT download the early release , but if you are ok with going through the process then you are more then welcome).

I love the ideas you're putting out, but don't try to do too much. You might burn out, or take on something too big you can't finish.

I glad you like it, and yeah i will take it into account, actually i did almost burned out but i took control back and i got my order straight.
