Imo the mag should be changed with the right hand..
The right hand will only pull the bolt...
Also i forgot to mention,the anim is slowed down,it's a little faster in game and much,much smoother than displayed here.
I think the speed is good in this video actually
It's only a little faster,not too much.The hand hitting the mag is faster than in this video.
