i hope its less linear than the game was, one of the major reasons i dont replay metro at all... that and the uber glitch at the end fight.
The mods going to be open world, with many different ways of getting to the door that leads to the outside world, plus once you get artifacts, you go back, sell them, repeat or do other jobs for people, or go and randomly kill people, etc, its all up to you.
Will the player have to wear a gas mask when outside of the metro?
Also, will there be separate factions inside the metro?
I haven't thought too much about adding factions, I'll think about those more in the future.
oh and about gas masks, not right now, but I might add that feature later.
seems interesting and would be fun to explore more of the metro.
