Iron Europe is a World War I mod for the Mount&Blade; Warband Napoleonic Wars DLC. Our goal is to immerse players in the brutal battles of WWI. Players will have the opportunity to fight it out, for France or for Germany, in the trenches and in no man's land. Play as an expendable rifleman grunt, a brave officer leading from the front, an artillerymen supporting comrades from afar, or an elite assault trooper, spearheading attacks. Use bolt-action rifles, machine guns, and pistols to take down enemies from a distance or close in and engage in brutal hand to hand combat with knives, clubs, and the trusty bayonet. A host of features, including whistles, bleeding, bandaging, and grenades have been added to bring the WWI experience to life. To get the latest version of the mod, first install 1.0 and then the 1.21 patch.
Description
Patch 1.2 is here. We apologize for the long wait for the patch. We have identified and fixed what we believe was the main issue causing the serious lag. However, we haven't managed to get enough people to test it so this is yet to be confirmed. A bunch of new features and items have been added which we hope you guys will enjoy.

would anyone be kind enough to advise me what to do with the PATCH file that I end up with when I download this file?
You just run the installed program and it should bring you up with a terms and agreement screen.
does anybody now what to do with the PATCH file that you get when you download the file?

the file that I get when I download this file is a Patch file and not an .exe file like you said it would be. the file is called Iron_Europe_1.2patch[1]

I dont get why but now i've tried to install it 3 times over and when im about to start it an error comes up and my game shuts down,the message says - Unable to open file:Modules\Resource\texture_face_gen.brf
How can i fix this problem?

Everytime I go into a server, the characters are just black, no texture, no gun texture, but all the sounds and maps work fine. help?

To fix it just rename the file and add .exe
