Ever wanted to be like Jet Li in The One? Or Neo in Matrix? Well now you can. With this mod you will have the power to slow down everything around you to a crawling pace. While at the same time your speed is not effected. Blow your enemies into the air and while their head is flying of shoot it a couple of times, and all this in slowmo.
Features 0.1:
- Slowmo makes everything around you much slower, while you still move at normal speed
- Physics are tweaked a bit
- almost infinite slowmo!(one hour long, and recharges in 10th of a second)
- weapons are tweaked, more ammo can be carried
- more blood/gore

So I downloaded the mod and installed. I played for about 2 hours straight and everything was normal except one thing... The NPC never notice that I'm there, they don't shoot or react to me like when you put the command "notarget" but I didn't enable it so it's weird, I tried to enable it and disable it to see if it was that but didn't work so... the fact is that when you're in the mission you have to deactivate the kamikaze civilian bomb, the specialist put a bomb in a wall, make a hole and that's it they just stand there waiting for me to lead them to the civilian but nothing happens. I'm stuck in there for like 3 days so if you can see that it will be awesome. Saludos.
All these mods are dead. No downloads. Same on File Planet.

hi all i just got this mod today and its great and all but there's a problem the A.I. in the game wont work the bad guys don't notice me and when i shoot they just walk around,not sure how this happend but can anyone help

Just right click on it then go "open with" and choose 'winrar' or 'winzip' or some program capable of extracting (you will probably have to 'browse' for it, then click on "always open with this program" down the bottom.
