Hexen remastered mod. PBR materials based on original enhanced textures. Relight original maps. Reshade HDR and motion blur effects.
Any contribution that keeps a legendary game like Hexen and Heretic current and updated cannot have less than a 10/10, and this is a great, great contribution.

I enjoyed seeing the Ettins dropping to their knees and burning when hit by fire attacks. However, the Cleric's Firestorm appears to be bugged. The Firestorm is weaker compared to normal Hexen, sometimes taking as many as 3 shot to kill an Ettin, Afrit or Chaos Serpent. It's a jarring downgrade that upsets the balance of character type.
I have been playing Cleric for 13 years so I know that there is something off here. Please fix this and I will move my vote to 10. Thanks

AndrewMRX did a fantastic job of going through all of Hexen's textures and upgrading them to modern standards along with other added effects in the accompanying mod. My only real criticism is that the strength of some of the parallax maps are a bit too extreme. But other than that I believe this is a must have mod for any Hexen fan.
This set of physically based textures and perfect particles takes the game to another level. I can see the person creating this REALLY knows what he is doing and has a feel for the game! The textures are beautifully done, the depth effects of some of them is really outstanding. Pro quality. And the particles... the fog.. when u see the mists at the swamps, the fire effects of the spells, everything was remade to a perfection
