Alpha 3 Update

- Added new room: garage, Depot

- Added items: trap, train

- Added a shed because of the complexity

- A bedroom and a nursery combined in one room

- Added new items to plugin a laptop, a book "Cuphead"

- The door to the basement moved into the house

- The passage on the second floor of a Neighbor has become more affordable

- The night was replaced by day because of the complexity

- Changed the location of the items: tool box, wrench, yellow, and red keys

- A change night to day was removed some light fixtures and lamps

- Modified some points

- In the kitchen was inserted bathroom

- The chase music changed to the music from the Pre-Alpha

- The basement is really affordable
