I'm sad to say this, but Hellfire is currently on the 'back burner' for a while. We've got a major redesign going on and other (smaller) projects need to get done first. We plan on coming back to this game at a later date to create a blockbuster movie experience. With TONS of cutscenes, extensive use of facial animations, Hollywood actors (faces) and much more. I know we've been promising a huge update from us. Well the big news was that we were going to change over from an UT2k4 multiplayer mod to a HL² single player mod. Our goal was to create a feeling of playing a major blockbuster movie.

I say was because we here at Brain Freeze Games have decided to postpone the Hellfire project.

We have decided to put it on the backburner for a while until we have more time to take on a project of this caliber.

"What does this mean for Brain Freeze Games?" you ask.
We're still sticking together. We plan on working on some mini mods in our spare time, we've already got some planned out that will be hours of fun for everyone.

Not really front page worthy. Stuff on the frontpage usually involves mod progress updates.
