Members - Halo Re-freshed mod for Halo: Combat Evolved

This mod is for Halo: PC users NOT custom edition users. I will do three types 1: singleplayer (new weapons, enemies and vehicles for great gamplay) 2: multiplayer (custom weapons non-join so I will put AI in the maps) 3: multiplayer upgraded (join friendly, custom weapons but tweaked for PC gameplay so the game is in sync with the joiner so that the client does NOT get booted off)
