STARMAN MOD for GTA VICE CITY was the first Megamod ever made for the GTA Saga, It is a big pack of mods that fully changes the GTA VICE CITY game, improving it in several ways. It replaces hundreds of textures, all vehicles, some characters, it also improves special effects, sounds, handling, etc. It also includes several .EXEs, for launching the game in different gamemodes: original gamemode, Starman Mod, Fast & Furious, Extreme Speed Mod, Need for Speed, The Punisher, Space Einstein Mod, GTA RALLY. The last version was released years ago, (maybe in 2008, maybe earlier, not sure now). But from time to time some people keep asking me to re-upload it, so they can play it again and remember their teenage years. This last version released in april 2023 is just a bit different from the classic version, some characters have been replaced by HD ones, and the installer is easier.
