GTA San Andreas Remastered: contains retextured map, enb, realistic car pack, HD peds, ragdoll, weapons etc. Vehicle pack is made for 1992 for real traffic in the US of that time. It also contains minor mods such as turn off/on engine with "i" and the same for lights with "l" as well as car spawner with "2" (not num 2) and you choose vehicles with arrows up and down
